 Utkal Alumina International Limited, a 100 percent subsidiary of Aditya Birla Group
Company Hindalco, is engaged in alumina refining. The Utkal Alumina Refinery project in
the Rayagada district of Odisha comprises of a 1.5 MTPA Alumina Refinery, bauxite mines
(Baphlimali) with reserves lasting for over 25 years, and a captive co-generation power
plant of 90 MW.

Responsibilities:

 Carrying out Condition Monitoring of Rotating Equipment for the assigned plants by On-Line
and Off-line Data acquisition systems to identify and report problems in a timely manner with
objectives as minimize failures, reduce maintenance costs, prevent production losses and
improve equipment reliability & availability.
 Carry out routine & non-routine CM activities as allocated and as per schedule with job quality
and safety in mind. Provide relevant reports in a timely manner.
 Carry out first-line analysis on the collected data and report any abnormalities to the Area CM
Engineer for further actions.
 Assist the Area CM Engineer in technical reports preparation by providing all relevant
vibration plots & process data.
