Frame Slider Installation

Ninja 300 No Cut

Please use non-permanent thread locking compound on all bolts

Ride Side:
1. Remove right side fairing.
2. Remove the two motor mount bolts at the top

3. Mount the marked “R”ight side square bracket to the engine mount using stock
mounting bolts. “R”marking should be facing outward.

4. Mount the marked “R”ight side square bracket to the engine mount using stock
mounting bolts. “R”marking should be facing outward.

5. Reinstall right side fairing.


6. install the shorter frame slider using M10x75mm mounting bolt.

Left Side: (please reference Right instruction above)

1. Remove left side fairing.


2. Remove the two motor mount bolts at the top
3. Mount the marked “L”ight side square bracket to the engine mount using stock
mounting bolts. “L”marking should be facing outward.
4. Mount the marked “L”ight side square bracket to the engine mount using stock
mounting bolts. “L”marking should be facing outward.
5. Reinstall left side fairing.
6. install the longer frame slider using M10x75mm mounting bolt.

Professional installation is recommended. Always use proper safety measures during the install of this product. Do not try to install
this product without proper tools,recently calibrated torque wrench, correct torque specifications from factory service manual, safety
goggles and gloves. The motorcycle must be in a fixed secure position before the install process begins. DO NOT remove both
engine studs at the same time. PSR frame sliders are meant to help possibly minimize the damages in the event of a crash. PSR do
not guarantee the frame sliders will protect your motorcycle from any extent of damage when the bike is dropped or crashed.
Customers shall not assume no damages will happen when the frame sliders are installed. PSR is not responsible for any part of
your motorcycle for any reason. Precisely measure location of cut and if in doubt at any point please call us before the install
process has begun.
