Subject: Attendance in office - Preventive measures to contain the spread


of COVID-19 in office

With regard to Attendance in office, following measures will be undertaken at HO, New Delhi &
Gurugram w.e.f 07.06.2021, till further orders:

 Employees at the level of AGM (Level 16) and above, at HO, New Delhi, Gurugram shall
be required to attend office on all working days.
 EDs/ GGMs/ Heads shall prepare a roster of employees ensuring that 50% of the
employees (up to Level 15) (including fixed term hires, outsourced employees, etc.)
attend the office and the balance will continue to work from home. While preparing the
roster, the work load/ exigencies of different departments as well as criticality of business
and operational requirements need to be considered.
 Expectant mothers and Persons with Disabilities shall continue to work from home.
 Employees working from home shall adhere to guidelines issued from time to time and
ensure their availability on telephone and other electronic means of communication at
all times from their residence.
 Functioning of ROs/ RPOs and BO shall be regulated as per instructions issued by the
respective local authorities in consultation with Head Office, HR.
 Functioning of Construction Sites shall be regulated as per instructions issued by the
respective local authorities and in line with client requirement in consultation with Head
Office, HR.

This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
