business after successful project completion.
-it is a vivid description of what the business
will be like to inspire the project beneficiaries to
initiate the project.

-Its aim is to guide, motivate and inspire the
people working on the project.
-The vision statement is not supposed to give
directions on how the team should act in any
situation, but instead relays the core values and
the end goal.
