V. REFLECTION
Living a long and healthy life requires more than just good luck. Being physically active is the key
to being physically and mentally fit, and helps me become a more balanced, physically fit
person. I will not only stay healthier, but will be happier, live longer, and also sleep better. This
will help boost my mental outlook, and also increase my self esteem. Physical fitness is one of
the most important steps to a healthy body.

Exercising helps in many different ways such as gaining muscular strength and ability. My desire
to lose weight and have a perfect toned figure, but it also helps ease a lot of other conditions as
well. Exercising is considered to be a mood booster. It helps improve my self esteem and will
lower depression. It will make me a lot happier, and will help bring a positive reaction in my
body. Exercising on a daily basis helps me feel more positive about myself and will be more
energized, motivated and focused for the day. It gives me an excessive amount of happiness.
