Speed of Service Tool (SOS)

Speed Tool Instructions

N.b. You should track three customers through the line at one time

1 Fill in all applicable information - Date, Partner using tool, Store Name

2 When customer enters the line click the "Enter Line" button

3 When customer arrives at the POS click the "Arrive at" button

4 When customer departs from POS click the "Depart" button

5 When customer receives their drink at the hand off click the "Receive Beverage" button
