Instructions: Choose a family member who is alive or dead. It is your choice. Write about the most important
aspects and achievements of his or her life. You can follow the schema below. Second, write the biography
organized in paragraphs similar to the ones presented in the presentation and practice sections. Finally, you
are ready to present your project to your teacher Good luck!

Biography Report

Complete this profile for the relative you chose. Answering these questions will help you organize
your information in a very easy and professional way:

• Birth: date, place and other important details.


• Childhood: came from a big or small family, studies, important events.
• School experience: name of the school, where the school is or was.
• Young adult: where he or she lived, family life.
• Work life: job history.
• Accomplishments: what he or she did in life.
• Interesting facts: describe two or three facts.
• *Death: when and where she or he died (only if your relative is dead.)

Materials: Please, only use the materials available at home. This aspect is very important because you should
avoid going out. You can use pens, colored pencils, paper, cardboard, scissors, glue, pictures, real pictures of
your relative and places of cities and towns where he or she lived and grew up, or you can design and present
your projects using computer programs.
