In the event of a failed review, the reviewing Master Guide Coordinator should return the Portfolio to the participant along
with a written note explaining what additional work or documentation must be completed to receive a pass.
For the issuance of a Master Guide certificate to the participant, a copy of the completed and signed MG Leadership Course
Checklist should be sent to the Ontario Conference Master Guide Ministry two weeks prior to the proposed date of
investiture via mail, e‐mail or fax:
