Introduction:

The case study involves understanding and analytical thinking situations. It


evaluates the scenarios that are able to provide possible solutions to the problems
given. Moreover, a case study is a useful tool to examine the effectiveness of the
proposed solution that can be useful for the growth and success of the company.

The case study's major purpose is to allow users to see how the picture
guidelines apply in the setting of a real lab, as well as how they interconnect with
concerns of leadership, ownership, and skills training. The secondary goal is to
strengthen users' grasp of the image display standards. This is intended to assist users
in recognizing various distractions and pressures that lead to misconduct.

The following enumerated are objectives of the Case Studies:


● To determine the significance of having a database management system and its
effect on the company.
● To develop information systems that satisfy the company’s informational,
operational, and management requirements in an efficient and effective manner.
● To know how data mining and OLAP will help the company.
● To recognize the importance of information security in safeguarding the
information’s confidentiality, availability, and integrity.
● To be familiar with the ethical implications of information technology.

This 5-case study is related to what we have learned from the lessons discussed which
will help us to have a clearer understanding of the meaning and implications of
information with the help of applying in the case studies provided. It will also reveal all
the necessary information and theories that connect to the course unit topic. Lastly, it
will allow us to participate in class discussion and to gain more knowledge and
experience in presenting our ideas to others.
The intended users of the case study are management personnel and business
owners who share the same situation with what is mentioned in the cases and would
want to benchmark or gain ideas on how it has been acted upon or solved. Additionally,
employees and students who would like to improve their knowledge and skills in
business and data management could use the information presented in this case study
as their guide.

The beneficiaries of the case study are the students like us, cases will show
hands-on experience with organizational issues that we wouldn't otherwise have had.
We will get the opportunity to evaluate and examine the challenges that many different
firms have experienced, as well as how managers attempted to address them. This
case study is used to demonstrate what we've learned. Theoretical and conceptual
frameworks aid in revealing what is going on in the companies under investigation, as
well as allowing us to assess the solutions that organizations have implemented to
address their issues. It will also allow us to participate in class while also gaining
experiences presenting our thoughts to others.
