Sub : Offer for the Construction of residence building

With reference to the discussion we had we are pleased to submit our offer as below
Specification :
The following specifications are considered for the work based on the preliminary plan

1. R.C.C Framed structured construction with cut Lintel.


2. All the R.C.C concrete will be of 1:2:4 mix with required shuttering.
3. Foundation as per structural drawing.
4. Tie beam at Ground Level.
5. 9" Brick work will be in CM 1:7 and 4.5" Brick work will be with in CM 1:5
6. Wall and ceiling surfaces will be plastered with CM 1:4
7. All elevation works shall be at extra.
8. Anti termite treatment at required levels.
9. Parking height- 1'6”& Basement height 3'0" from existing road level.
10. Floor to floor 10’0” height considered.

Doors :

a. Main Doors :(2nos)

Teak wood frame (5"x3") and teak wood shutters with fitted
with brass hinges, aldrop, tower bolt and godrej
main door cost Rs.15,000/- lock Rs 2000/-
( Door Size 3'3"x7'.0")

b. Bedroom Doors :

Country wood frame (4"x21/2") and hard core Skin Molded shutters & Cylinder Lock
( Bedroom Door Size 3'0"x7'0")
bedroom door cost Rs. 3500/-

c. Bath & Toilet Doors :


good brand p.v.c panelling door Rs. 2500/-

d. Windows :

Padauk wood frame (4"x21/2") and single shutters (3"x1.5") square bar grills, pin
headed 4mm thick glass and enamel painting, Stainless Steel fixtures will be provided.

Flooring :

Vitrified 2' x 2' tile flooring for floors.


Basic rate of floor tiles considered is Rs.40/- per sq.ft.
Bathroom ( 7' ht ) & Kitchen ( 2' ht )Wall Tiles considered as Rs.30/- per sq.ft.

Plumbing :

Pipes for all waterlines (15kg/cm2), PVC pheolex pipes for sewage lines and
Rain water pipes ( 6kg/cm2)
All bath room closets and wash basins in white colour. ( Parryware make )
All bath / toilet CP fittings are metro ( or ) Jaquar Florentine Model
Floor EWC Closet for attached bathroom & IWC for common toilet.
basic rate: closet Rs.3500/-
wash basin : Rs. 2000/-

Loft & Cupboards :

Loft in Kitchen and bedrooms for 2'0" wide and open shelves will be provided below-
size:10'x1'9".
lofts with polished cuddapah stone slab.size: 3'6"x7'

Kitchen Platform :

Kitchen platform will be provided with black granite slab and SS sink as per drawing.
basic rate: granite Rs. 110/-
ss.sink 2'6"x1'6" Rs.2000/-
Painting :

Ceiling : 3 Coats of Tractor Emulsion Paint


Walls : Asian Premium Emulsion with Birla Wall Care Putty
Main Door : French Polish, other doors / windows – Asian Satin Enamel Paints

Electrical :

3 Phase connection, 40 amps distribution board with required rotary switches, Litaski
/ Anchor make modular switches, ISI Cables, Concealed wiring, Telephone
and TV points will be provided at Main hall and Master Bed.

Electrical Connection, Drainage and Metro Water shall be paid by the Client.
Demolition work carried out at actual.
Extra works shall be carried out at actual plus 15%.
Elevation work extra.
We are giving our offer based on the following material rates presently available in the market.
The rates are inclusive of taxes existing in the market except service tax.

(1) Cement Rs.300/ bag ( Penna / Zuari B.B.C )

(2) Steel Rs.35,000/ mt ( TMT ISI Rods )( for kg)

(3) Bricks Rs.18,000/ 3000 Nos. ( Chamber Bricks )

(4) Sand Rs.35/- per cft

(5) 20mm metal Rs.28/- per cft

(6) 25mm metal Rs.30/- per cft

( 7 ) Grill / Gate Rs.65/- per kg

( 8 ) Wall / Floor tile Rs.40`/- per sft

Note : Changes in the Rates if more or less by 5% of Cement, Steel & Bricks shall be
Compensated Mutually.
