B. Performance Standards: The learner designs an individualized exercise program to achieve personal
fitness

1. Undertake physical activity and physical fitness assessments.
2. Prepares an exercise program.
I. Objective/s:
At the end of the session, the students will be able to:
Differentiate physical fitness from physical fitness tests/assessments by
showing pictures / video.
Perform the different physical fitness assessments appropriate to your age.
