Dear Commissioner:

We, the spouses PETER VASSILAKOPOULOS, a citizen of CANADA, and


GLENDA VERGARA VASSILAKOPOULOS, a Filipino citizen, both residing in Victorias
City, Negros Occidental, Philippines, most respectfully state:

1. That PETER VASSILAKOPOULOS has applied for the permanent Non-Quota


Immigrant Visa which was favorably granted under a probationary status. The Visa,
however, is about to expire.
2. In connection with the forthcoming expiration, I, PETER VASSILAKOPOULOS,
hereby apply for the amendment of the Visa into a PERMANENT NON-QUOTA
IMMIGRANT (by marriage) status.

That we jointly request the Honorable Commissioner JAIME H. MORANTE, Bureau of


Immigration, for the favorable approval of this request for amendment.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hand this 9th day of January 2020, in the
City of Victorias Philippines.
