Now that you know the most essential concepts in the study of the nature of Communication
for Work Purposes. Let us try to check your understanding of these concepts. In the space provided,
write the term/s or concept/s being asked in the following statements:

Increases Productivity, Performance, And Overall Self-Esteem 1. What are the benefits of creating open
communication lines of employers to their employees?
