Vegan diet

Veganism, a rigorous diet free of animal products such as meat, is a trendy yet

controversial lifestyle. Vegans eat legumes, fruits, grains, and vegetables instead of meat.

Veganism is a lifestyle choice based on cultural, ethical, and health considerations.

Vegetarian diets are safe because animal products harm the environment and promote

diet-related illness.

Animal rights advocate

Contrary to popular belief, animal rights are a social movement, not a notion. It's become

one of our time's most significant, yet dangerous, cultural concerns. This leads to animal cruelty

and neglect. Activists for animal rights claim animals serve a higher purpose than humans.

Everyone who has the will to live has the right to be free of suffering.
