Cesar Ritz was a legend in his own time; like so many of the industry's early leaders, he started at the
bottom and worked his way up. It motivates me because he was so determined to work in the industry
at the age of 15 that he became a general manager; one day we will be working in a same ground, As a
receptionist who interacts with customers and socializes with them.
