Preliminary Cockpit Preparation :

 Engine Master Switches – Both OFF


 Engine Mode Selector – Normal (12 O’Clock)
 Landing Gear Lever – Check Down
 Wipers – Both OFF (12 O’Clock)
 Battery Switches – ON (25,5 or Above)
 External Power – As Required
 APU Fire Test – Perform (After Triple Click)
 APU Master / APU Start – ON (Wait 3 Second)
 Cockpit Lights – As Required
 Parking Brake – ON
 Accu Pressure and Brake Pressure – CHECK
 Flaps – UP
 Speedbrake Lever – Disarmed and Retracted
 Probe / Window Heat – AUTO
 APU Bleed – ON (Let it Warm Up, Check ECAM)
 ECAM – Check (RCL, DOOR, HYD, ENG Oil)
 Emergency Equipment – Checked
 Rain Repelient Pressure & Quantity – Checked

Overhead Panel :

 Crew Supply – ON
 Ground Control – ON
 GPWS – Check Fault Lights
 ADIRS – NAV (IR1,IR2,IR3)
 Strobe Lights – AUTO
 NAV & LOGO Lights – ON
 Cabin Signs – As Required
 Emergency Lights – ARM
 Annunciator Lights – TEST
 ENG & Wing Anti Ice – OFF
 Cabin Pressure – AUTO
 Ditching Pushbutton – Closed
 Landing Elevation – AUTO (12 O’Clock, Check ECAM PRESS)
 AIR COND – APU Bleed ON (Set Temperature, Packs ON)
