• Working with the team responsible for operation and maintenance of IETP with designed
capacity of 300 m3/hr of refinery effluent.
• Monitoring the process parameters, chemical dosing & maintenance cleaning of membrane
modules in Ultra filtration and RO Plant to meet the desired plant performance.
• Informing the HPCL personnel regarding plant operation status, maintenance, chemical
consumption, production of treated water and slop oil generation.
• Coordinating with mechanical, civil, electrical & instrumentation department.
• Guiding Supervisors and Field Operators for task completion and ensuring proper safety in

• Responsible for operations in Lecithin Plant, Acid Oil Plant, ETP and Packing section
• Working with team responsible for manufacturing export quality Soya Lecithin.
• Responsible for preventive and scheduled maintenance of process equipments and
machineries. Also responsible for breakdown maintenance.
• Maintaining operating conditions as per ISO norms
• Informing management regarding plant status and production summary.
• Job also involves man power handling, implementation and execution of production plan.
• Working with SAP PP and PM Module as an End User at primary level.
• Preparing P & IDs for plant change orders.
