Task

Prepare yourself

Prepare the materials


Soap/Detergent, Toothpick, &
Dry hand towel)

Proceed to the sink

Turn on the faucet

Apply liquid soap/soap

Rubbing palm

Rubbing back hands interlace

Interlocking fingers
Rubbing the thumbs

Rubbing palm with your fingers


(circular motion)

Rubbing the wrist

Rinse

Close faucet (use towel to turn off)

Drying the hands

Standard Procedures

Body mechanics, have the proper mindset


in performing the task

Put each materials near you or near to reach

Body mechanics, facing the sink then move


forward & have a few inches distance away
from the sink

Twist gently the faucet knob to open

Pour a light exact amount of liquid soap or


apply a light amount of soap into your hands

Rub palm to palm

Rub the both back hands interlace vice versa

Interlock both fingers vice versa


Rub the thumb left & right

Rub your both palms using your fingers

Rub both wrist left & right hand

Rinse with water your whole both hands

Twist gently the faucet knob to close
