GUIDELINE: All questions except Question 2 Topic 5 is based on your chosen website.
Because of that, your answer should be associated/related to the website. Even though your
answer is correct but not suitable with your website, no marks will be granted.
(Hints: Minimum mark given for answer is 0.5M and maximum mark given for answer is 4M.
For screenshot, minimum mark is 1M and maximum mark is 2M.)

TOPIC 4

1. Discuss e-commerce business model and revenue model of your chosen website, and
how the business model can create revenue. Support your answer by giving a screenshot
which part of that site that helps the business to generate revenue. [5 Marks]

2. Discuss FIVE (5) e-commerce technology dimension that you can find from your
chosen website and provide a screenshot for each of it. [15 Marks]
(Hints: Explanation can be based on the definition or the business significance of e-
commerce technology dimension. Don’t use business significance (exact words) from
the table provided in a textbook as your answer. No marks will be granted.)

1. Provide ONE (1) screenshot of predictive analytics or location analytics that you can
find from your chosen website. Briefly explain the use of it and how do predictive
analytics or location analytics benefit user. [5 Marks]
(Hints: Explanation may include analytics capabilities that associated with the
screenshot. The case study also discussed in tutorial class and lecture class.)

2. Briefly explain FIVE (5) examples of artificial intelligence that has been used in any
industries such as education, entertainment, manufacturing, medical, transportation, and
so on. [15 Marks]
(Hints: This question not related to the chosen website. The explanation may include
AI technique used in the example, the benefits of it and how it works. All examples can
be in the same industry or in same AI technique. But example, cannot have exact
technique, benefit, and work/function. Example: you cannot use car and van as
different example, since both have same technique, benefit, and work/function.)

to show the differences. Explain what the difference between a regular website and mobile
website in terms of layout/menu, content organisation, navigation, page design, or page

explain how that authentication technology authorised and authenticates the user.

2. Did your chosen website apply two-factor authentication? If yes, briefly explain the
authentication mechanisms used by the website and provide screenshot as a proof and
why the site applies two-factor authentication. If not, can you suggest suitable
authentication mechanisms should be used by the website for two-factor authentication
and why you suggest that. [5 Marks]

3. Briefly discuss FIVE (5) most common threats against your chosen website and how to
prevent the threat. [10 Marks]
