Concept Paper - Water Filter
Concept Paper - Water Filter
Water is one of the most important factors for our living. Having no water for at least
three days will put you to a uncertain situation, just like drinking non-potable water is perilous
to human consumption. It’s unsafe and can cause waterborne illness such as typhoid, diarrhea ,
and cholera which is responsible to million of death cases all over the world. The growth of our
population is the main hindrance why some people cannot consume appropriate amount of
clean water, the demand of it increases because of the escalation of the inhabitants of a
particular area.
We all know the importance of water, we understand how essential it is on our way of
living, however some people do not put that much attention depleting distilled and
uncontaminated water. Addressing this kind of issues for the improvement in relation to the
state of the people globally, will create a huge impact to the awareness and development of
health issues.
Water is one of the most significant chemicals on the world, covering 71 percent of the
earth's surface and containing up to 75 percent of it in the human body. Agriculture, science,
medicine, transportation, heating, recreation, and food processing, as well as washing and,
perhaps most importantly, drinking, all require large amounts of water. We all consider the
importance of water, but some individuals pollute it and do not prioritize its preservation.
Water filters remove pollutants including sediment, taste and odor, hardness, and germs from
water, resulting in higher-quality water. The researchers have made this water filter prototype
to have an effective and efficient solution for water pollution. This particular water filter was
made out of recycled materials and things that can be seen in our surroundings like plastics,
pebbles, sand, charcoal and rocks. This water filter doesn't require a lot of money yet it
provides practical and tangible solutions.
