Assuming that the lattice constant of a ternary alloy varies linearly with the
mole fraction (or “composition”), for what composition ‘x’ will AlSbx As1−x
be exactly lattice matched with InP?
Given: lattice constants of AlSb: 6.14 Å, AlAs: 5.66 Å & InP: 5.87 Å.
