I am a hardworking and motivated individual that strives to achieve to the best of my
abilities at all times. I have good communication and interpersonal skills and can get on
well with people from all backgrounds. I am a positive and determined member of any
team, and able to work on my own initiative unsupervised or as a member of a larger
more directed and focussed team. Ideally I would like to find a position that can utilise
my computing and technical know-how and experience, however, I would view all new
challenges as opportunities to enhance my existing skills and learn and develop new
ones to the benefit of both myself and any employer.

EMPLOYMENT HISTORY / WORK EXPERIENCE


2020 – 2021 Punky Pup Prints, Neath Photoshop Editor/Designer
This was a short-term contract where I would receive design-briefs from clients and I
would then use various computer software programmes to produce a completed
graphic/image/design. This was a position where good customer service skills were
needed in order to ensure that each design created was something that the customer
would be happy with. A keen eye for detail was also needed and the ability to be
creative and to follow a client-led brief.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS


2013 – 2018 Dwr Y Felin Comprehensive, Neath
All core subjects studied to GCSE level, with passes gained in -
Mathematics, English, Graphic Design, Double Science.
Welsh Baccalaureate.

VOLUNTARY WORK
2019 Shaw’s Trust Charity Shop, Neath Shop Assistant
This was a voluntary work experience placement where I helped out at a local charity
shop. My main duties were to interact with customers and assist with any queries that
they may have, using the tills tills to take cash and card payments, sorting through stock
and donations and ensuring that items were displayed and priced correctly, and helping
to keep the shop floor clean and tidy and free from any hazards. This was a great
opportunity for me to develop my customer service skills.
HOBBIES & INTERESTS
I am very much a person who enjoys anything to do with computers and computing. I
have taught myself many valuable skills by spending time using various software
programs and building up my experience. I also like to write and perform music.
