This document outlines the process for issuing an updated tax declaration when ownership of real property is transferred from one owner to another. The new owner must submit documents showing the transfer of ownership, along with the latest tax declaration and tax clearance, to the municipal assessor's office within 60 days of the transfer. The municipal assessor will then verify the documents, prepare a new tax declaration, and have it approved by the provincial assessor before issuing it to the new owner.
