the company is now their son, Bill Marriott, and the Marriott family retains majority ownership of the
company. Marriott International headquarter is located in Bethesda, Maryland, United States

Established in 1989 by the Marriott Foundation for People


with Disabilities, Bridges from School to Work engages
employers, schools, community resources, youth and their
families to help businesses meet their workforce needs while
offering young people with disabilities the opportunity to
learn, grow, and succeed through employment.

Bridges From School to Work Program

At Marriott, the foundation for diversity and inclusion is


promoting “UNITY and Family.” Through UNITY, they create
an inclusive environment that supports the recruitment,
retention, and advancement of all employees, and actively
engages in efforts to develop a diverse and inclusive
workforce, owner, guest and supplier base.
