so the ACP does not have to take that decision.

However, the ACP does prioritize the various site

activations, between the already selected sites and the new activation suggestions from the ACP.
Site Activation mode also allows you to select the option to specify a minimum intersite distance.
You can enter a minimum inter-site distance value. When selecting a site for activation, all sites
that are within the specified minimum inter-site distance from the selected site will be not be
considered for activation. Adding site candidates The site selection process involves the selection
of sites, from a list of candidate sites, to activate or to deactivate, with the objective of optimizing
the quality of the network while limiting the number of sites to deploy. To achieve this goal, it is
sometimes necessary to add additional site candidates. The list of potential site candidates is
drawn from point files added to the optimization settings. These point files contain points, each of
which is assigned a priority represented by a value from 1 to 10, where 10takes precedence over
all other priorities -the higher the number, the higher the priority. This priority determines
whether a site candidate is placed ahead of another site candidate. Where a site candidate is
placed is determined by registered trademarks of their respective owners. The publisher is not
