GUIDE FOR DEMO

Thank you teacher for attending my Process training and I sincerely hope that you have learned
something for you to pass the demo.

Please take the time to read this guide and PRACTICE.

I wish you good luck on your demo! ☺

Now that I have scheduled your demo, you can now check the time and date of your demo on your Tutor Client App.
Go to Training Center, click the Training Consultations Tab, and check the Class Time.

Note:
Demo class is only 15 Minutes.
Please enter your demo class AT LEAST 30 MINUTES before your scheduled time and UPLOAD the “THINGS FOR SCHOOL” Book.
Ensure that your computer time is set to Philippine/ Beijing time otherwise you will encounter a problem entering the demo class.
Once you finish your Demo, you can check your result on Training Consultations Tab

Or you can also message me, Trainer Chan, and ask for your result.
Important Reminders:
• It’s a 1 on 1 class. Only you and the student.
• Please start your class as soon as your student enters your class and greets you. No need to ask them to start.
• Your student’s camera is closed during the demo. Do not ask them to open it.
• Do not upload any other files but “Things for School” book only.
• Your student may say his/her age between “6 to 18” so teach them accordingly.
• Final demo passing mark for Native Speaker is 75% and 60% for Filipinos.
• Demo is only 15 mins via A-Classroom therefore finish the Demo in exactly 15 minutes.
• 3 Possible Results that you may get after the demo
PASSED | FAILED | REPT
• REPT means not pass nor fail therefore you will have another chance to pass the demo.
Important!
Your QA-Student will check if you are using the following:

• Teaching Tools such as PEN, SHAPES, TEXTBOOK, LASER PEN


• Timer
• Reward Button
• Pen Button
• Chatbox

And if you,

• Show various rewards (Printed & real things)


• Show Educational props (PEN, PENCIL, RULER, ERASER)
• Show your Name Tag
• Show “IT IS A” and “IT IS AN” Sign
Guidelines & Checklist before you start your demo
1. Ensure that you Camera and Headset are working properly.
2. Ensure to wear a headband/headdress to get your student’s attention and interest.
3. Ensure to have adequate lighting on your workstation to get 3 points.
4. Ensure that you have educational props such as Pencil, Pen, Ruler, Eraser, and Notebook to show to your student.
5. Ensure to have at least 10 various rewards. (5 Printed & 5 Real things rewards).
6. Ensure to have an Educational background design and do not also forget to put your name.
7. Ensure to have a Name Tag. “Teacher _______”
8. Ensure to have an “IT IS A” and “IT IS AN” sign to guide the student to speak in a complete sentence.
9. Ensure that you have smooth/fast internet connection. Run a speed test if necessary.
10. Ensure to have a good camera angle and have a proper distance from the camera.
DID YOU KNOW?
That tutors fail their demo because of these 5 reasons?

1. Wrong grammar, pronunciation, and hard accent


2. Not guiding the student to speak in a complete sentence
3. Not interactive or energetic in the class
4. Hardly use hand gestures/Total Physical Response
5. No reward props and educational props

Trainer.
