Business Description

SW2.0 Company chose to promote affordable Japanese street foods to Filipinos in order for them
to experience a variety of foods that Japanese people absolutely love, as well as for Japanese to feel like
they are in their own country. SW2.0 aims for Truck-kun to become a well-known, low-cost Japanese
street food seller in the Philippines. They place an emphasis on producing a safe and high-quality product
as well as building long-term connections with both their staff and customers.

Truck-kun is a retail business where it sells finished goods to customers. Truck-kun is owned by
SW2.0 Company, a partnership business with six partners. Miss Erica Antonio, Mr. Charles Vincent
Baradas, Miss Shaira Mae Delfino, Miss Chloe Ann Pelayo, Miss Frecilla Sanchez, and Mr. Ernest Jhon
Vecino are the members, with each contributing an equal amount of capital. The owners also run and
manage the company. The business is new because it comes to the best and unique ideas of having not
just normal food products but to introduce the quality taste of Japanese street food. It has its name
Truck-Kun because Truck will be the main store. It will also embrace the ambiance of Japanese culture,
specifically the rising popularity of anime now in the millennials.

Truck-kun sells food to the public, therefore, our potential customers are most likely people aged
18-40 years old or what we called millennials. We will also target people who are anime fans and want to
experience Japanese culture through the food that we offer. The size of the market can increase since food
trucks can draw new customers by changing its location and keeping loyal customers as well. The
products will be given personally when the consumers buy them on the storefront. Also, they can order it
thru the delivery app of grab food or food panda, the orders will be distributed by delivery riders. The
important features of Truck-kun are : (1) Fast Services – Truck-kun has professionals for the past pick up
of the food and delivers it on time. (2) Traceable Delivery Services – Truck -kun offer its customer to
traceable delivery services so that the latter may be able to trace their couriers as well as to know about
the current status of the food that is being delivered.(3) Customer Satisfaction – Truck-kun keeps its
customer satisfied as it is in top-rate and most excellent services provider. The Japanese street foods are
affordable and mouth-watering while the delivery services are at its best to deliver the food on time. (4)
Flexible and excellent services – Because every customer has different and special needs, Truck-kun
provides flexible and outstanding services to its consumers. We will make sure to respond to every
concern our customers have.

This will surely serve food products that are different from others because of their high-quality
taste in Japanese street foods, affordability in its price, and delivering extraordinary customer service.
Aside from that here are some repellants for other available markets. The store will serve customers from
10 am till 9 pm also accepting deliveries from door to door, will give a memorable culture while
experiencing the food, better staff engagement with customers, openness in the customer's pain points or
feedback, and the continuous innovation of the business while it is serving to meet the needs and demands
of the customer. The business will offer loyalty cards for our customers, but this is not a casual loyalty

card, because they can be customized. Customers will have an opportunity to choose any of their favorite
anime characters as the design of their loyalty card.

Mission
The mission of Truck-kun is to provide better quality and taste of affordable Japanese Street foods
with its alignment to first-class delivery services to its customers by delivering their products on time in a
professional manner.

Vision
The vision of Truck-kun is to be known as a leading Japanese Street Food provider in its low-cost
price through consistency and quality will strive to succeed with customers satisfaction that in line with
business profitability.

Objectives:

• To introduce our company and its business.

• To develop the food that the business is offering to adapt to their culture.

• To provide customers with the variety of products that they need.

• To offer low-priced products that customers can afford to buy.

• To sell 1 million pesos of service and product offered of the business.
