As part of our L.E.A.P. program, you would get to work on the following roles, some having a combination of
multiple roles:

a) Analytics:
Apply machine learning models to business problems, work with large datasets, and learn and code in R or
Python.

b) Development and Automation:

c) Technology:
Technology research – literature review and competitive benchmarking, In-depth analysis of operational
implementation and execution

As a L.E.A.P Technology hire, the above-mentioned roles are the capacity you will be working on. The roles will
however be in various business domains on across both domestic but largely international teams in projects across
marketing, supply chain, finance, etc. Given below is a quick summary of the domains.

Operations

About:
The Operations team supports Finance, Commercial, and People Operations for AB InBev’s businesses globally
(North America, South America, Europe, Africa, and the Asia Pacific). Think of it as the “behind-the-scenes” of
what it takes to take beer from the brewery to the consumer.

Role domain:
Working with international stakeholders across commercial business implementation, financing overview, and
management or implementing and revamping people processes.

Automation:

About:
The automation team works closely with business operations, infrastructure, software applications & business
partners to create scalable and efficient process automation. Its job is to “Bring Meaningful and disruptive
Changes in the way we operate by using the power of Technology, Data and Domain Expertise” to create capacities
for value-added work which leads to improved IT investment ROI and overall improved revenue.
Description :
Role domain:
Software development lifecycle, work closely with the business & technology leaders across the globe to analyze
and assess automation feasibility, Architecture analysis, providing expertise in the development & process
enhancement

Compliance:

About:
Manage global risk in AB InBev across multiple domains using various tenets like data privacy & protection,
Compliance analytics & IT Asset management.

Role domain:
Use software like Imperva, Deception Technology, Phantom, Splunk for pattern recognition, and prevention. Big
Data Analytics using R, PowerApps, PaloAlto, Performance Analytics, etc. to build predictive models.

Cyber Security:

About:
A state-of-the-art system capability delivering services across 22 areas in cybersecurity globally across ABI
(endpoint, brand protection, network security, threat hunting, incident response, PKI and digital certs, etc) The
team deals with approximate 3 Bn alerts daily and 4.5 Mn. Cyber threats on a weekly basis, reviewing and
responding to each one to ensure safe and secure business operations.

Role domain:
Extensive use of data science, development, and orchestrations built into the services. Researching machine
learning-based and cryptography secured solutions.

Innovation Brewery:
 About:
Innovation Brewery is one of the global innovation hubs of AB InBev based in Bangalore, India. This team has
been at the forefront of driving the Open Innovation strategy in Global Operations & Business Operations in
emerging & developing markets like India, ASEAN, Africa. The team has created a strong innovation community
through partnerships and collaborations with key stakeholders in the start-up ecosystem in the APAC region.

Role domain:
Corporate Venture, Identify and drive strategic investment opportunities, build internal capabilities through M&A,
enable partnerships with government, VC’s, Incubators, Research Parks, and extensive research into the latest
technologies and trends for adoption.
