The objective
Kolej Profesional MARA Indera Mahkota (KPMIM) offers diploma programs. The
KPM curriculum is developed by experts in the relevant fields. It is continuously
improved to ensure KPM students are equipped with the latest knowledge and are
prepared with career readiness for the current national industrial needs. Kolej
Profesional MARA Indera Mahkota is doing a constructor to install network cabling in
FYP Lab this is because the current lab is not provided with Ethernet/network port.
Need 1: The contractor must use Cat6 UTP cables.
Need 2: The installation process should begin on 1st June 2020 until 15th June 2020
Need 3: Contractor must ensure the port is working and follow the standard of
structured cabling
Need 4: Cable should be pulled from the telecommunication Room to FYP Lab
Need 5: The management did not specify the tools of devices to be used. The best
quality with low Price is the priority

INSTALLATION SCHEDULE

HighTech Enterprise will follow the installation schedule below.

Before any work can begin, all computer devices in FYP Lab need to be accounted
for and have a space reserved for them on the architectural blueprints for the new
building.

Permit and Licenses

This project is legally required to obtain the following permits and to be performed by
individuals licensed to complete the project.

Permits Required:
• Permit #1 – Class Licence - NFP, NSP, ASP & CASP

Authority: MCMC

This permit must be Registration of a class license is valid for one calendar year
only. Prior to the expiry of the same, the class licensee must submit a fresh
application to the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission together
with the relevant fees and documents.A registration fee of RM1,000.00.

Contract and Terms

COMPUTER SERVICES AND INSTALLATION AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT is made this 13th day of April, 2020 by and between HighTech
Enterprise (“Company”) and Kolej Profesional MARA(KPMIM) (“Customer”).

Recitals

A. Company has experience and expertise in the development of Networks.

B. Customers desire to have the Company develop a Network Cabling for them.

C. Company desires to develop Customer’s Network on the terms and conditions set
forth herein (the “Network”).

Agreements

In consideration of the mutual covenants set forth in this Agreement, Customer and

Company hereby agree as follows:

1. Development of Network.

Company agrees to installation, management and development of the Network(s) and

Network-based operations according to the terms listed.

2. Specifications.

Company agrees to develop the Network pursuant to the Specifications that have listed.
