MID TERM

INTRODUCTION OF PERSONAL
DEVELOPMENT
KAMRAN PERVAIZ
20373
Introduction to personal development is covered in this course. I have learned more new things about
this course that I was unaware of. This course has increased my basic knowledge and helped me
understand how to continue my personal development journey. This course has made me realize the
importance of beginning and continuing to grow in personal development. This course has made my life
easier. This course is separated into two halves, one offline and one online due to COVID, but both are
highly informative. I learned about many topics and personal development, such as how to manage
myself and how to fulfil my daily tasks, reach my objectives, and be successful. In this course, how can I
improve my productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness? I am aware of how personal growth may benefit
us in all aspects of our lives and teach us how to plan a long-term trip. Personal development teaches us
about priorities, such as which tasks and goals should be prioritized. It also teaches us about our
strengths and weaknesses, which we may improve on. We may use it to hone our abilities and improve
our weaknesses. It increases our self-awareness and makes us more confident. It also teaches us that as
we begin on the path of personal growth, we should keep specific things in mind, such as when we set
our life objectives, we should make time for nourishing our strength. And we should look for our
weaknesses and improve them ourselves; we should recognize the different opportunities and the
alternator; we should set up plans for improving our weaknesses and the areas where we are weak; and
we should keep track of our results for our development, which will make our goal easier to achieve.
This will assist us in achieving our objectives. The best thing I've learned in this course is the difference
between hard and soft skills. Hard skills are technically specialized and quantifiable, but soft skills and
behavior are non-domain-specific and intangible. This will help us fulfil employment criteria. We have
several areas of life for personal development such as intellectual growth (includes career and mental
stimulation), spiritual growth (includes time, reading, medication), fitness nutrition (includes health
movement), and financial growth (include the savings, retirement, spending), physical surroundings
(including time for pleasure and relaxation), emotional health (include all the happiness which we want
in our life) societal (support include family friends and relatives) We now have Wellness. There are
several types of wellness, such as social wellness. It involves a relational respect communal engagement
that allows us to connect with others and communicate with those around us. The other is spiritual
wellbeing, which refers to ideals and meaning that bring us closer to our life's purpose. It helps in the
building of peace and harmony in our lives. Another is emotional wellness, which encompasses
sensations, emotions, and reactions in our lives that help us identify others and our own. It also allows
us to touch our own sentiments and the problems of life. Another is occupational wellness, which
involves skills, financial balance, and life happiness. It creates a dimension that includes job contentment
and creating a balance between work and leisure time. The next one is intellectual wellbeing, which
involves critical thinking, creativity, and curiosity, which makes us lifelong learners by allowing us to
experience new things and develop ideas to help us improve. The other is physical wellness, which
includes body nutrition and healthy behaviors. These assist us to maintain a good quality of life and
enable us to make the decision to be healthy. When we begin our path of self-awareness, we use the
SWOT analysis to learn about ourselves and to help us develop ourselves and we will be able to develop
self-determination and learn more about ourselves, as well as learn about the objects in our
surroundings that mirror us. SWOT analysis includes its strengths, which tell about our strong points,
such as I am good at speaking, communicating, and sports, and its weaknesses, which inform about our
weak areas. Something we work on and through which we may, for example, grow ourselves more I am
not good at public speaking; I am hesitant in front of everyone; I am unable to interact with everyone;
and I am not good at dealing with people. These are our weaknesses, and we must work on them. The
other is possibilities. When we have opportunities, we may learn about many things and choose the best
one for us. When we have dangers, we can make different choices. Threats are external factors that
might bring difficulties and obstacles. We now have the Johari window, which aids us in the process of
self-awareness by providing feedback from a social setting and force us to examine our own
personalities The four primary blocks open in the Johari window are self-blind, self-hidden, and self-
unknown. Self-Knowledgeable by self and unknown by self, we learn by asking. Other-Knowledgeable by
others and unknown by others, we learn by telling. It is about self-discovery, receiving feedback through
social media, and sharing our experiences. Discover yourself and learn from the views of others. Now we
have smart goals that provide criteria to assist the establishment of objectives, such as personal growth.
Smart goals have precise meanings for each letter, such as S specified and M measurable A attainable T
is for time and R is for relevance. This clever criterion assists us in a variety of tough plans and assists us
in achieving our aims and objectives. Purchase this course I have a clear vision of what I want in my life
and how I may reach my objectives and fulfil my purpose in life, as well as which external circumstances
cause dangers for me and which possibilities propel me higher in the world, as well as which of my
strengths and weaknesses should I concentrate on. I should sincerely appreciate my instructor for your
advice because it has helped me build my confidence and talents, and your teaching style is so beautiful
and refreshing!! You are extremely patient and helpful, but you also have a great ability to encourage us.
