1. Please bring a printout of this Roll Slip on a test day along with your Original CNIC/B-Form/Original
Passport (MANDATORY).
2. Please bring Clipboard and Ball Pen (Black or Blue) to fill OMR or Bubble Sheet to answer MCQs. Lead Pencil,
Fountain Pen or Marker shall not be used to fill OMR or Bubble Sheet.
3. Electronic devices including Calculators are not allowed in examination hall.
4. No Candidate will be allowed to enter into the Test Center without MASK. Please follow the precautionary measures
against the spread of COVID-19.
5. Roll Number Slip is being issued provisionally subject to verification of Test Fee. No entry into test centers without
Roll slips.

Note: There are no arrangements to collect mobiles from candidates. You are requested not to bring
Mobile Phones in the Test Premises.
