Dear Clyde:
EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT

1. EMPLOYMENT
You shall be hired by the company as a regular for the position of Production Artist. Your duties, responsibilities and
work hours are outlines in Annex “A”, which is attached hereto and made an integral part of this Agreement. Your duties,
responsibilities and work hours may change according to the needs of the Company. You recognize the right and
prerogative of the company to change your duties, responsibilities and work hours according to the Company’s need.
Any change shall also form an integral part of this agreement as if agreed upon at the time you accepted this Agreement.
This offer of employment is dependent on you passing our pre‐employment physical and other examinations, as
permitted by the local law.
2. PROBATIONARY PERIOD
Notwithstanding any stipulation to the contrary, you are initially employed on probationary status for a period of six (6)
months or one hundred eighty (180) calendar days beginning on July 16, 2021 and will end after six (6) months
(“Probationary Period”), unless your employment is sooner terminated for any of the causes provided by law or this
Agreement. Your employment is subject to the Company’s standard for regularization of employment, which you
acknowledge to have received and to be aware of. These standards are outlined in Annex “B”, which is attached hereto
and made an integral part of this Agreement.
The company shall evaluate your performance during the Probationary period. Your immediate superior or such other
representative appointed by the Company may conduct the evaluation. Your evaluation by the Company may or may
not be in writing. You agree that is the prerogative of the Company to evaluate your performance and decide whether
you are qualified to be a regular employee. If you fail to meet the standards for regularization of employment, the
Company may terminate this Agreement at any time during Probationary Period by giving your notice before the
effective date of termination. For the avoidance of doubt, the company does not have to wait until the end of
Probationary Period before it decides whether or not you are qualified to become a regular employee.
At the end of the Probationary Period and upon complying with the Company’s standards for regularization of
employment, you may become a regular employee. If you become a regular employee, you agree to be governed by the
same terms and conditions of this Agreement as well as all the rules and regulations of the Company that may be in
