This is to inform you that the 9' Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company is
scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 2Sth September, 2021 at 12.00. P.M. through Video
Conferencing ("VC")/Other Audio Visual Means ("OAVM), in accordance with the
relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and
Exchange Board of India.

Further, please note that the Company has fixed following dates in connection with its 9'
Annual General Meeting and for payment of Dividend for the Financial Year 2020 - 21 :
