Request Received 1. KAS / BUM / SSR received project request from customer. BUM
2. Get all the details (Appendix A & B). SSR

1. KAS/ BUM email the request to [email protected] (Appendix A & B) KAS


2. Process within 3 business days. BUM Preliminary Quotation
Prepare Preliminary Quotation
3. Require approval from En. Bakhtiar & KAS/ BUM En. Bakhtiar
Project Team 4. After quotation complete, SSR will email to client SSR

Meeting with Estate/ Client 1. KAS/ BUM discuss details of the project. KAS/ BUM
2. Project Team do site survey for GPS track. Email GPS Layout to Alfi Project Team Site Survey Checklist

1. KAS/ BUM informed SSR if there are changes in preliminary quotation by KAS/ BUM
Prepare Final Quotation emailing to [email protected] SSR Final Quotation
2. Process within 3 business days. Alfi G-drip/Pre-Nursery Layout
3. Require approval from En. Bakhtiar & KAS/ BUM En. Bakhtiar Item list
amend 4. After quotation complete, SSR will email to client KAS
1. KAS/ BUM last discussion for the project (seedlings/ items/ layout) BUM
Meeting with Estate/ Client *Preferrable follow the price stated as the cost was up to date. SSR
2. If there are changes in the final quotation, kindly inform SSR to amend the
quotation.

SC prepare SO/DO/Inv 1. SC will arrange the item to be send to estate with the DO & Inv. SC SO/ DO/ Invoice
2. Project Team will start the project. Project Team
