Important Safety Instructions 1 Torque to 190-210 ft-lb (258-285 N•m).
Read all warnings and instructions in manual
311762. Save those instructions. 2 Kit 24F967 and 262793 - Torque to 25-30 ft-lb (34-41 N•m).
Kit 24F968 - Torque to 125 ft-lb (169 N•m).
3 Torque to 140-150 ft-lb (189-203 N•m).
4 Torque to 40-60 ft-lb (52-82 N•m).
24F967 Xtreme™ Seal Repair Kit 5 Apply lubricant to threads before assembly.
6 Lubricate.
24F968 Tuff-Stack™ Seal Repair Kit 7 Circular grooves on top filter caps (not included) indicates pump series.
See page 3 for detailed information.
8. Thick, medium, and thin refers to the relative cross-section thickness of
262793 X-Tuff® Seal Repair Kit the o-rings.
9 Inlet spring (143) is only used in XP proportioner pumps. If using this kit

Discard the spring.
Non-filter models do not use items 122, 125, and 159.
