Reflection:

This is my second observation with my MCT. I was so excited as usual, the lesson
began with the daily routine with singing, because it is the second lesson after the
break, so a wonderful transition for the children must be obtained before starting
the lesson. First, I included the topic of the week in the introduction by reminding
the students of some of the names of animals and their body parts. Then I went to
the letter of the week to identify some of the words that begin with it and start the
focus group for the day, which is writing. I wrote some words on the board and
showed a video of how to write the letter in addition to explaining the method to
them also on the board. I think I did well, and the students responded well to me as
well. I used some of the goals that I set in my action plan such as the strategy of
controlling behaviour by putting their names in the green list if they did a good job
and the red list for bad behaviour. I also prepared a checklist to make sure that this
thing is used and that some other things are completed in the required time, such as
the end of the carpet, in a timely manner. This was also one of my goals in time
management.
