DESCRIPTION
Based in Boston, this role will report to Director of Internal Control. As part of the Natixis IM Compliance Group, the
Internal Controls Analyst will be helping with the design and execution of the Internal Controls Testing Program and
Compliance Risk Assessments within Natixis IM and its US and APAC operating affiliates. The core responsibilities will
be to assess whether controls are operating optimally and recommend improvements to management related to
process flows, risk/controls, and policies/procedures. The Analyst develops a strong understanding of the affiliates'
businesses and the firm's multi-affiliate structure; their respective policies, procedures, and operations. The Analyst
must also understand the regulatory framework in which the firm and its affiliates operate.

Responsibilities
Oversee Natixis IM affiliates' internal control framework which includes completeness of control plan, progress level,
significant findings, and follow-up of remediation actions. Merge results and report KRIs to Senior Management.
Carry out Natixis IM Holdco's internal control plan (administration, risk identification, testing and monitoring of
remediation actions).
Update the annual non-compliance risk mapping across US and APAC affiliates and for Natixis IM Holdco.
Draft ongoing and annual internal control reports.
Collect and monitor the updated risk assessment rolled out by Natixis IM.
Work in partnership with the affiliates to strengthen governance, risk, and control environments by anticipating
issues, providing advice and sharing Internal Controls knowledge and standard methodologies.
Requirements
+5 years' experience in Compliance, internal control or internal audit within banks or asset management business
or at a Big-four practice supporting these topics
Further education qualifications in Finance (Master degree, MBA...)
Knowledge of regulations applied to the asset management industry and financial markets
Strong interpersonal and social skills and ability to work collaboratively across global teams
Outstanding written and verbal ability
French language is a plus
Proficiency in Excel and Word
Travel to Affiliates will be expected
