Work and school environments can cause aggression and violence due to negative influences from others. When students fail grades or get scolded by parents, they may think anger is an acceptable response. Schools can also be a source of violence through bullying. While kids fight over small things, parents should discipline them to prevent future issues in a non-harmful way. People's behaviors, decisions, opinions, and focus can be affected by those they interact with regularly through imitation, criticism, or pressure to conform. Exposure to violence, rudeness, irritability, loud noises, or lack of safety from influential others can increase stress and risk of aggressive behaviors.

Work and school environment

This is one of the possible causes of aggression and violence, why? It's because of the people
around us, sometimes at work, and when someone gets sick, everyone is affected. When a
student fails a grade they are being scolded, so the children will think it`s okay to be angry like
that because that's what their parents do to them. Schools can also be a source of violence, as
children are being bullied and teased by other children. Sometimes when there are some
misunderstandings they fight over small things, I think its fine because they are kids, but their
parents shouldn’t tolerate it, they should discipline them so that it will not happen again, but
not in a way that it will hurt or affect the child.

Common problems

Behave differently when they are with others

They behave differently when their friends are different because of this environment that is
harmful to them. There are things that are new to them but they still do it because of the
influence of others.

They cannot be reprimanded

They no longer listen to those who care for them because they are used to being treated
differently or interacting with them.

Self- Criticism

They criticize themselves because of what they see in other people or the people they interact
with, sometimes they want to imitate that person just to be part of the group.

It affects their decisions, opinions, and thinking

It affects their thinking because what if they make a decision but those who are around them
don’t like it? As well as giving an opinion, they still need to think it again because what if they
also don't want their opinion?

Lack of focus

Poor concentration may be caused by a medical, or psychological problems, or may be related


to sleep disorders or medications, alcohol or drugs. Psychological conditions that can affect
focus include anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, and stress.
Being rude

Being rude or disrespectful to those we meet is often acquired in the people we interact as well.
You might think it`s okay because that's what people around us do it too.

Increase irritability

They become more irritable because of things they don’t like to do or see because they are not
used to it, they are used to what he sees in the people around them.

Hazardous conditions at work or school

As a child they can adopt the attitude of those who are violent or if they watched it on the
internet or ate the television.

Loud noises

For example the child has an exam and they are reviewing in order to pass but they can't focus because
of the noise. This can cause stress and aggression due to the child's willingness to pass their exam. How
can noise cause aggression? This is because they can throw objects that they can touch out of
annoyance.

Lack of safety

The child may feel unsafe because they did something wrong because of the influence of those around
them. It can also be a cause of aggression because he may think that everyone who approaches him will
hurt him.
