When was the last time you lead a group? Tell me what happened?
I cannot recall when was the last time I lead a group because I do not
usually volunteer myself to be a leader. I am not good at leading people. I am more
a follower than a leader.
2. What was your most stressful experience? What did you do to cope with it?
When we have our laboratory report, I was the leader that time it is not my
forte to lead a group so I felt so nervous. I don’t.t know where and when to start. I
might embarrass myself if I failed my groupmates with me being as a leader. I had
cope up because of my groupmates. We overcome our fears and set aside
boundaries because we all know to ourselves that we are diverse in our
personalities. I started to believe in myself as much as they believe in me.
4. If you will be given a million pesos that you would need to spend in one day, how
will you spend it? Why?
When I was in my first year, I already have a failing grade. This saddening
event have affected me in many ways. I became so down that my other subjects
are also affected with my poor performances. I feel worthless and dumb at that
time and start questioning what I have done. And I also started asking myself if I
was really belonged in the course I have chosen. It took me a lot of days or weeks
to get back in my track. Luckily I have my friends and family who supported me
during my dark times. And at last I am currently a third year student. It made me
realize that even if I fail, it does not necessarily mean that I cannot make it up. Just
continuing this journey without pressuring myself and enjoys the moment because
we will all get wherever we want.
I was not sure back then on what degree should I pursue. But my friend
persuade me that this degree I am taking right now suits me. I accidentally got in
this course. My original plan was to be an engineer but now I am in the field of
science. At first, I really do not like my course but at times goes by I learned to
love it. I know this is not going to be easy, no kind of degree would be easy
because everything have their own difficulty.
Knowing that I am moving forward every little step of the way. Knowing that
I’m happy with my decisions, that’s real success.
Because if you don’t know how to communicate with your audience, it will be
hard for you to write something. You won’t know where and what to write for your
audience. You will not know how will you start your writing.
By the way he she explains or use words in order for the audience not feel
any negative emotions. Building the audience mood by how he/she contain his/her
words.
FINAL EXAMINATION
Internal reports in business focuses on the needs of the business itself such
as product choice, target market, production and etc while the External Business
reports focuses on the needs of wide range of specific users such as lenders and
suppliers they need the business liquidation, profitability and etc in order to assess
the company’s ability to pay debt.
For me, Job interviews give you and your future employer the chance to
assess how well your talents match the company's requirements. Job interviews
allow you to get to know potential coworkers and get information that can assist
you in determining whether or not that job is suited for you.
It's critical that your readers, especially your markers, comprehend what
you're saying and can follow your logic. It is critical to utilize exact vocabulary and
terminology, but there is no need to employ "big words" just for the purpose of
using them. Text with long, obscure, or overly formal terms takes longer to decode
and can come across as arrogant or awkward.
