Activity 4 Name Date Score Answer the following interview questions.

Apply the STAR method whenever possible.

When was the last time you lead a group? Tell me what happened?

I cannot recall when was the last time I lead a group because I do not
usually volunteer myself to be a leader. I am not good at leading people. I am more
a follower than a leader.

2. What was your most stressful experience? What did you do to cope with it?
When we have our laboratory report, I was the leader that time it is not my
forte to lead a group so I felt so nervous. I don’t.t know where and when to start. I
might embarrass myself if I failed my groupmates with me being as a leader. I had
cope up because of my groupmates. We overcome our fears and set aside
boundaries because we all know to ourselves that we are diverse in our
personalities. I started to believe in myself as much as they believe in me.

3. How do you address a fault finder?

For me I would address a fault finder through personal confrontation. I want

to tell him/her my sides or other people’s sides and feelings. I will tell him where
and what he did wrong until he will realize his mistake.

4. If you will be given a million pesos that you would need to spend in one day, how
will you spend it? Why?

If I would have given a chance to have a million pesos, I probably spending it

on the things that will lastly stay longer with me. I would buy a house and lot and
invest it on business right away. Why would I do that? Its because having such a
huge amount of money in a snap is once in a blue moon. Spending it carelessly will
not benefit myself or my family. I would rather spend it on the things I have
mentioned earlier so that even if the million pesos is gone, I can still see where I
invest the money. You have to spend your money wisely.

5. What was your most important college experience and why?

When I was in my first year, I already have a failing grade. This saddening
event have affected me in many ways. I became so down that my other subjects
are also affected with my poor performances. I feel worthless and dumb at that
time and start questioning what I have done. And I also started asking myself if I
was really belonged in the course I have chosen. It took me a lot of days or weeks
to get back in my track. Luckily I have my friends and family who supported me
during my dark times. And at last I am currently a third year student. It made me
realize that even if I fail, it does not necessarily mean that I cannot make it up. Just
continuing this journey without pressuring myself and enjoys the moment because
we will all get wherever we want.

6. Why did you decide to take your degree program?

I was not sure back then on what degree should I pursue. But my friend
persuade me that this degree I am taking right now suits me. I accidentally got in
this course. My original plan was to be an engineer but now I am in the field of
science. At first, I really do not like my course but at times goes by I learned to
love it. I know this is not going to be easy, no kind of degree would be easy
because everything have their own difficulty.

7. What factors outside your profession influence your work?

Factors outside my profession that influence my work might be the

environment itself. If everything or everyone will be toxic for my well being, I
cannot properly performed well in my job. Instead of giving a quality service to my
client, I might mess it up and waste my client’s trust because I am not worthy of
their time and money.

8. How do you measure success?

Knowing that I am moving forward every little step of the way. Knowing that
I’m happy with my decisions, that’s real success.

9. What life principle do you live by?

FORGIVE FREQUENTLY, there might be times that we may be disappointed

by other people, or even ourselves we should always forgive. Being happy not
holding grudges towards anyone. Living my life without grudges is the best decision
I made in my life.

It's critical that your readers, especially your markers, comprehend what
