PRODUCT INFORMATION
Alltek is supplied ready mixed for application by trowel or spray equipment
No on site mixing machinery or water required.
Suitable for fast track projects. Fast application and rapid drying out –
reducing the programme time.
Can normally be over coated 24 hours after last coat.
The finish is smooth or textured, depending on application method.
Textured ceilings do not require any further decoration or painting.
Once cured the surface is ready for final decoration, apply one mist coat of
Alltek First Coat followed by the specified topcoat.
No wastage - Alltek will not dry out overnight when not used, simply cover
material with water and leave for use the following day.
Alltek has inherent flexibility and is less prone to cracking than traditional
plaster.
Virtually all types of surfaces can be covered to a uniform appearance e.g.
glass, metal, painted wood, concrete and old tiling.
Alltek absorbs moisture thus lessening the problem of condensation.
Surfaces up to 3m above the floor level can be treated without the need for
platforms or scaffolding.
A trained team with one spray unit can complete 300-400m / day
Water based, non-toxic, contains no asbestos fibres or other harmful

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
ALLTEK is a ready mixed surfacing compound composed of inert fillers of marble dust, crushed limestone, whiting, sand and
other minerals specially graded to give excellent handling and filling capabilities. To this is added a binding medium, a plastic
combination, which is age resistant, chemically inert and non-toxic. Fungicides and rust preventatives are also added.

APPLICATION METHOD
Trowel or spray (using a mono pump type spray machine) Apply in one or several coats, with intermittent drying.
USES
As filler and leveling compound over almost any interior surface to fill cracks, holes and undulations to improve the
surface for final decoration.
On all types of interior building surfaces such as cement or gypsum plaster, concrete, building boards and old
painted surfaces. First fill larger damages and undulations with Alltek Coarse and then use Alltek Smooth.
On semi exterior surfaces by mixing 1 part Portland cement to 3 parts ALLTEK FINE with some extra water added for
consistency.
As a decorative textured ceiling coating which can then be left without any further decoration or painting.
Applied as a decorative finish by roller, comb and other modeling tools.
A good quality contractors paint with a matt finish that is moderately washable and durable.
Applied by brush, roller or by spray as a first coat to be applied over Alltek Fine.

HANDLING & SAFETY This product is water based and non-toxic. Keep out of reach of children. It does contain chemicals
that may be irritants to mammalian tissue appropriate protective clothing must be worn. Protect
eyes and skin from exposure. If the product is being sprayed, ensure adequate ventilation and
ensure the use of proper ventilated masks. Wash spillages immediately with water. Do not induce
vomiting if swallowed. Consult a physician if irritation of skin persists or if product is ingested.
Gather up environmental spillages, and dispose of in accordance with regulations of the local
authorities.
