I: INTRODUCTIONS
- In asm we are researching on Austrian doctors to check people's health at home. We surveyed people using google form to find out what
people know about virtual doctors and IoT. We did everything possible for the project to be as successful as possible. We wrote the Lob book
to review everything we went through when completing the project.
I. Research Analysis (P5)

II: Research Analysis (p5)

1: Research Analysis

1.1Primary Research Data

Primary research is data which is obtained first-hand. This means that the researcher conducts the research themselves or commissions the
data to be collected on their behalf. Primary research means going directly to the source, rather than relying on pre-existing data samples.

There are many ways of gathering primary research. The most suitable method will depend on the questions you want to answer and the
problem you’re trying to solve. The most common primary market research methods are interviews, surveys, focus groups and observations.

 Interviews take the form of a one-to-one or small group question and answer session, which can be conducted over the phone or in a
face-to-face environment. Interviews are most useful where a large amount of information needs to be collected from a small sample
of subjects. Interviews are often used to obtain information from an expert about a specialist topic. This type of research is highly
personal, so follow-on questions can be asked to ensure clarity.

5|Page
 Surveys are most frequently conducted online and offer a convenient and cost-effective solution where a response is required from a
larger population. Questions are pre-written, offering the respondent little flexibility if their answer doesn’t fit (making functionality
such as skip logic essential) and response rates can be variable. The length of a survey is a delicate balance: if a survey is too long,
participants may get bored and leave the survey incomplete. However, if the survey is short, not enough data will be collected to form
a full picture.
 Focus groups are used to collect data from a small group of people who are often subject matter experts in the topic of research.
Discussion is initiated between the group members to discover their thoughts. This method is commonly used by businesses to gain
insight into niche markets and learn about their customers.
 Observations are carried out impartially, by simply observing an event and taking organized notes. In this method, there is no direct
interaction between the researcher and the subject. This method removes the potential bias which could be encountered during an
interview or survey as the encounters observed are genuine reactions. Observations can be carried out by camera or by a trained
observer. This method is commonly used by toy manufacturers when testing their products on children.

1.2: Secondary Research Data

Secondary data is data collected by any party other than the researcher, including administrative data from programs, geodata from
specialized sources, and census or other population data from governments. Secondary data provides important context for any investigation,
and in some cases (such as administrative program data) it is the only source which covers the full population needed to conduct a research
project.

6|Page
1.3:The roles and relationships of primary and secondary research
There are two types of research: primary research and secondary research. Every method of conducting market research falls into one of these
categories and it is important to understand the difference between the two.

The key difference between these two types of research is that primary research is collected first-hand whilst secondary research is gathered
from pre-existing studies.

Primary research is also referred to as field research. It involves original research, which is carried out first-hand, often for a specific purpose. It
can be conducted through a range of methods including questionnaires or surveys.

Secondary research is also known as desk research. This type of research relies on pre-existing data sources such as company websites, articles
and market research reports. It is generally carried out at a desk, either offline (via books, research documents, etc.) or online (via websites,
pdf reports, etc.).

1.4: Analysis research data collected in primary research

a) Qualitative research
Qualitative research is multimethod in focus, involving an interpretive, naturalistic approach to its subject matter. This means that qualitative
researchers study things in their natural settings, attempting to make sense of, or interpret, phenomena in terms of the meanings people bring
to them.

Using method: Interview

Number of people interviewed: 41 people

Scope: Vietnam

With the growing technology, the application of information technology in life is very much, everything can be done on the computer. Our
team has researched an application that is a health examination application that uses IOT technology to set it up. With many functions such as
measuring steps, measuring heart rate, measuring blood pressure for everyone right at home, especially during a dangerous epidemic without
having to go out. With the hope that all people are using that application. My team wants to directly interview people on the street to see if
the application is good for everyone and if everyone knows about IOT. In this interview, we selected 5 people in Cau Giay district with different
ages and different karma. With each of our IOT and virtual doctor interview questions they gave pros and cons and useful information about
my project. After the interview I produced a qualitative research report:

b) Quantitative research
Quantitative data is information about quantities, and therefore numbers, and qualitative data is descriptive, and regards phenomenon which
can be observed but not measured, such as language.

When I ask about IoT and applications, everyone knows about them. But when I asked "Do you agree to pay the cost of the service for the
application?" only 3/5 people agree and 2/5 people disagree because they really don't want to lose money but it costs money over big

Figure 1

When I asked about gender, most of them answered about their gender, only a few people do not want to reveal their gender: 29.3% are female, 53.7% are
male, the rest are male. 17.1% they don't want to talk about their gender

Figure 2

the majority are people aged 18 to 30 with 75.6%, the remaining age group people under the age of 18 and those aged >30 have the same ratio with 12.2%

Figure 3

The majority are people know about IOT với 73,2% , the rest who don't know about IOT là 26.8%

11 | P a g e
Figure 4

When I asked about how they feel when using the app, a lot of people choose "very useful" because it is very convenient in life, sitting at home or at work
can also monitor their health with 82.9% . The remaining 17.1% chose "Not helpful" because they don't trust the app

12 | P a g e
Figure 5

When I ask “What health care app have you used?”

Many people use different health apps to ensure their health, especially nowadays with the increasingly difficult epidemic, the bluzone app is known and
used by most people, so it accounts for 53.7%, Electronic heathly bool accounted for 22% , App Heathly accounted for 17.1% and many more people chose
other apps . Especially the dsf app is a new app, so many people don't know about it, so no one chooses to use it

13 | P a g e
Figure 6

The benefits of the application for users are great, so most of the interviewers chose "Good for heathly" to 87.8% and very few people chose "Not good
heathly", so only 12.2%

14 | P a g e
Figure 7

When I asked "Do you agree to not charge for our service?", a lot of people agree it's not a waste because they trust our app to give them a sense of
security about their health. 75.6% choose "" yes " The rest 24.4% disagree

15 | P a g e
Figure 8

When I ask people what smart device they usually use to serve their life and work needs, most people have smart electronic devices, especially
smartphones, 58.5%, Laptop accounted for 24.4% , table accounted for 17.1%

16 | P a g e
Figure 9

When I ask "Does the app save your time", when developing an app, the first thing we care about is time, how can we give people the fastest access
without wasting time, so many users chose "Yes" with 73.2% remaining 26.8% choosing "No". Because of those who choose "No", we will try our best to
develop the most time-saving application so that no one can choose "No" anymore.

17 | P a g e
Figure 10

The function that everyone wants my company to develop is the pedometer function and blood pressure measurement. These two functions have the same
selection rate of 48.8%.

18 | P a g e
Figure 11

When I asked "what do you think if you increase the service and increase the price" . Most people choose "Yes" because they think their health comes first,
money is nothing, so most of them chose up to 70.7%

19 | P a g e
Figure 12

When I asked "do you think my app measures heart rate accurately", 78% chose "Yes" because I have applied IoT in my life to increase
accuracy, but sometimes the app still has a problem. Few technical problems so still 22% choose "no". We will do our best to patch them up as
best as possible
1.5 Analysis research data collected in secondary research
With the current complicated Covid-19 pandemic, many countries around the world are researching medical equipment to ensure the health
of all people and medical staff to avoid direct contact with each other. . Many experts have begun to research and IoT devices have been
established and increasingly important to support, safe care for health. IoT is known as the internet of things, which can connect to everything,
thus developing applications for health checks even at home. This report will talk about an overview of modern technologies especially
bringing IoT into medical examination.
20 | P a g e
II. Recommendation (P6)
We use user-interview and survey methods in quantitative research. We see that iot applications in life are growing and becoming more and
more popular
The purpose of this study is to see the popularity of virtual doctor application and also IoT related applications, see if people know a lot or not.
In this interview, I chose different ages and tried different jobs
After doing my research, I got many useful results about the problem we studied. Most of the interviewers and surveyors, everyone knows
IOT, and smart devices like phones and watches have health check and my virtual doctor app anytime and anywhere . Everyone knows and
uses it. A lot of people have agreed not to spend extra money in the hope that the application has the best functions.
However, our team still needs to upgrade the application to have more functions, and will carefully consider the price issue so that it is as
reasonable as possible and can be used by everyone. but still there are some people who don't want to pay for our app and don't trust our app
because they have never heard of iot

III. Reflection (P7)

1: Concept project monitoring
Project monitoring is the process of checking and tracking a project on time, cost, and progress in order to regularly evaluate its completion
and recommend necessary measures and actions to successfully implement it. project work.
Project monitoring systems help project managers:
- Manage time schedule, ensure plan requirements
- Keep expenses within approved budget.
- Timely detect unusual situations and propose solutions.

21 | P a g e
2: Project supervision plan
Project monitoring is guided by the project plan and budget. Monitoring is the measurement, collection, recording, comparison, collation and
analysis of information. Monitoring is done at the executive level and is done continuously. However, supervision is also carried out at the
senior management level but periodically. There are different methods of monitoring. Here are some of the main methods:
- Method of using milestones: The milestones (timelines) of the project are events used to mark a process, a phase of the project. They can be
recorded as graphs or words. This method is so that everyone in the project understands the real status of the project and can manage and
check the project.
Limit testing method: Limit testing involves establishing an allowable range for project management. Compare the actual measured value with
the initially established calibration level and take the necessary actions when this limit is exceeded. A limit test method used to monitor
project expenditure and performance.
- S-curve: S-curve is commonly used for budget monitoring. This is a graphical analysis method to show the difference between planned and
actual spending
- Execution control – earned value diagram: Performance control over the entire project and each job plays a very important role. To measure
the performance of the entire project, we use the obtained value (conventional completion value). When comparing actual and planned costs
for a given period, the amount of work completed is often not taken into account. The obtained value criterion (conventional completion
value) has overcome this shortcoming. The conventional completion value is the estimated “done” value of the jobs, calculated by multiplying
the estimated percent completion of each job by the planned cost for that job. This is the hypothetical cost spent on this piece of work
completed. It is used as a basis for comparison with actual costs.

General During the implementation of the project, my team carefully prepared for many bad situations that could happen. All
assessment the goals included in our project have been achieved. Although there were some risks as lack of time to complete the
project, our team was still able to fix it in time so as not to affect the project's results. Our project did not encounter
many difficulties so it was completed within the predicted time, as it is a medium sized project, the project's cost
activity is still within the control of the team not too little but not too much. I rate the quality of my team's results as at
least average-fai
