MINUTES OF THE MEETINGFIRST PARENT- TEACHER CONFERENCE KINDERGARTEN

June 22,2018

For the first semester of the school year, the school held a homeroom PTA meeting. The school
must have a link to cooperation with the community to achieve the goal set by the Department of
Education. It was very important for the parents to attend this kind of meeting for they will know the
status and attitude of their children in school.

Last June 22, 2018, our dear Palingowak Elementary School held its 1st PTA Conference. The
meeting started at 3:00 in the afternoon. Before the meeting, the parents were asked to sign on the
attendance sheet and got their contact numbers. The meeting started with a prayer led by the adviser,
Mr. Rolan N. Leyma, and after the prayer, it proceeds to the discussion and opening remarks by greeting
the parents. He discussed the responsibilities of parents in the development of the students physically
and morally and he also discussed the following:
