Presentation topic: My project idea

Purpose or objectives: Implement an information system that allows the connection between
investors and entrepreneurs, in order to make alliances for the construction of sustainable
companies.

descriptions):

Why did you start this project? The fundamental purpose is to build an information system.
Innovative that allows to establish contact between investors and full entrepreneurs that
provides support, communication and advice for both investors and entrepreneurs, whose
"objectives are to promote networking, self-employment and business creation."

What is the project about?


Technical Specifications of the Goods or Services to be carried out in the project

1. Structure and develop the Project Monitoring Control Information System.


2. Execute the analysis and design actions of the information system to be implemented.
• The system should only allow access to those users who are registered in the database, which
should be classified by roles, profiles and permissions.

• The information system must be compatible with a Microsoft PostgreSQL-type database or


relationship manager.

• The information system must provide the authorized user with reports or queries that allow the
extraction of information on services, document compliance status and other information that is
necessary to validate the monitoring of awarded projects.

• An administrator will be assigned to guarantee technical support, which may be via telephone
or virtual, as the severity of the incident warrants.

How long is it going to take? Eight months duration


How much is it going to cost? Total budget: $ 13.856.000

Target audience: This project was created for an audience of men and women of legal age up
to 80 years of age with business or research ideas or investors through the development of an
information system that contains a communication space and allows the connection between
investors and entrepreneurs, in order to make alliances for the construction of sustainable
companies.

Prototype of the project: The company "LIONS ALLIANCE" is a specialist in the development
of hardware technologies, software and information systems services.
With human talent with a minimum of five years experience in the development of demonstrable
information systems. For the design of the project prototype, each of the stages of the
information system must be taken into account, such as:

1. ACTIVITIES TO BE CARRIED OUT


The phases of:
Identification, Analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and commissioning of an
information system in accordance with the following technical specifications:

✔ Security: Users must authenticate and be identified in a registry database, in which their role
and profile are defined.
✔ Database: SQL will be used, which is a specific domain language used in programming,
designed to manage and retrieve information from relational database management systems
such as MYSQL, database management system (DBMS) modular,
multi-user, multi-platform and open source, standard language for the management and
retrieval of information from databases.

✔ Availability: It must be continuous with a 24/7 service level for its users and in the event of
any failure, generate alerts.
✔ Accessibility: It can be accessed via the web from anywhere in the world and from any
mobile or fixed device. Its interface will be simple and easy to use.
✔ Parameterizable: the information system must contain a module that allows managing the
master tables, as they are enabled, not enabled and / or elimination of false accounts.
✔ Reports: the information system must provide the investor user with the necessary data to
contact the entrepreneur of interest.

III. Architecture and scalability: For the development of the information system, Java or
JavaScript programs will be used, the latter is a programming or scripting language that allows
to implement complex functions in web pages (interactive maps, 2D / 3D graphics animation,
displacement of video reproducing machines).

The development of this web page will be of importance at an academic level because it will be
shown as a reference for future platforms that intend to develop and want to use part of the
methodological components integrated in it. Its importance will be useful both to establish
