Diena Tsabita (102318069) Project Name : Production of Lozenges Vitamin C Opportunity: Even though the Covid-19 pandemic has not ended, in this new normal era, people are required to do outdoor activities, so there is a need for people to have good body immunity. Based on these circumstances, we realized that there was an opportunity to running a Vitamin C Tablet Production Project, to maintain body immunity, while people having to do outdoor activities during the Covid-19 pandemic. Moreover, the increasing public awareness of the massive climate change that occurs, which indirectly affects human health (Tian, 2020). The global environmental organization Greenpeace states that particulate matter (PM) contained in greenhouse gas emissions can cause early death as well as some non-generative diseases. Greenpeace noted that there are groups that are vulnerable to PM attacks, there are children, pregnant women, and the elderly. Therefore, efforts to strengthen the body's immune system are very important to do. One of the efforts to maintain and increase endurance is by taking supplements with vitamin C content (Takisawa, 2019). With the conditions described above, it is known that the project for the production of vitamin C lozenges has a big opportunity. Project Description: In this project, we produce vitamin C products in the form of lozenges. Lozenges are considered more practical than liquid preparations or in other forms. This project aims to have a sales target in the first year of > 80% of total production, with a high level of public interest in the importance to maintain body immunity by consuming vitamin C. Marketing is carried out throughout the island of Java, with a target market for all ages. There are developing stakeholders and sponsor relationship management that are carried out during the project, this is done to retain existing investors and attract other investors to invest in the projects we are doing. Also, the development of vitamin C lozenges product packaging is carried out, by using organic materials, the packaging is designed to be properly degraded, to maintain environmental sustainability. Project Start Date: May, 1st 2021 Estimated Completion: +/- 18 Months
