● Scores from 35-50 mean you probably collect resources, but you need to ask
yourself how to use them more effectively.
● Scores of 30 and below mean there are important resources around you that
you are ignoring. You may not be hearing much of what is being said. You
need to know what resources are available, and you need to find out where
they are and what they have to offer.
You need to take action.

Score
Part 1 Motivation 70 Motivation is what drives people to success. It
plays a critical role in productivity, quality and
speed of work. Sometimes it is okay to give
yourself a break whenever you feel tired,
exhausted or unmotivated, but it is never okay to
give up. Give yourself a break, reward yourself. We
all deserve it. :)
Part 2 Organizing and 80 Planning and organizing my work is important
Planning Your Work because it helps me to manage my time, to
allocate resources and to establish priority. This
involves monitoring and adjusting work to
accomplish objectives and goals.
Part 3 Working with 60 Working with others, utilizing resources and
Others, Utilizing feedback is one great way to induce effective
Resources and Feedback learning. One important part of the learning
process when working with others, is to be open to,
aware of, and efficient at using feedback.
Part 4 Managing School 70 One way to cope up with school stressors is to
Stress track the source of it. Once you have tracked it. List
it down and plan on how you can deal with it. We
all deal with stress. It is part of our lives but don't
let your stressors control your mind which may
affect your overall health. Seek limit, ask for help,
manage your time, exercise and pray.
Part 5 Notetaking and 90 Note taking and reading can improve one's
Reading comprehension. Highlighting will never be enough
to understand what you have just read on an article
or book. It is better to summarize and paraphrase
what you read. Take note of the key ideas and
concepts. Review it, organize your ideas and
rewrite.
Part 6 Preparing an 90 In preparing for an assignment or a project it is
Assignment/Project important to clarify what is required to avoid
misconception. Make sure you have fully
understand the instructions, questions and the
topic. It is okay to ask for help to improve your

work. Always cite the resources and make clear
conclusions.
