Peer Evaluation Form For Group Work

Kira rated their group members on a scale of 1-4 for criteria like attendance, participation, completing assignments on time, and attitude. Kira gave mostly 3s, indicating they agreed their group members met the criteria. Kira noted Rosilin finished work early and helped others, which was valuable. Kira thought Shaleen may not have done very well by just finishing before the deadline. Kira learned to focus on their own work and communicate, rather than worrying about others, and that effective communication helps identify and correct issues.

Feedback on team dynamics:

1. How effectively did your group work?

We choose each one’s job quickly, but I think some jobs are not logical ,and someone just finished their work before ddl.

2. Were the behaviors of any of your team members particularly valuable or detrimental to the team? Explain.
I think Rosilin did pretty good, she finished her job early ,and help others to do their job if they have some questions, and I
think I also did something well , because in discussion, they all don’t know we need to go to teacher’s office expect me and
rosilin.
3. Were the behaviors of any of your team members particularly invaluable to the team? Explain.
I think shaleen may did not very well, because she just finished her work before ddl

4. What did you learn about working in a group from this project that you will carry into your next group experience?

You just need to do your own part ,don’t worry to much about others’ work, even thought you don’t help them, they can still do
it well, and it is important to communicate and then you can find something wrong ,and correct it
