There is a significant difference between characteristics and features/skills of entrepreneurs.
The characteristics normally would be lonely, inspiration, socially, hardworking, lazy, curious,
passive, active, etc. They create the personality. Whereas leadership, vision, innovation is a
features and skills of a person which are created by there characteristics and daily training. (P5)
You need to provide example to support your theoretical arguments (P6)
You have to compare and indicate the different characteristics between personalities of
entrepreneur. Then analyse how those different things shape the motivation and mindset of
entrepreneurial motivation and mindset. Finally, prove the theoretical analysis by the real
entrepreneur example who have the mentioned personalities (P6)
