University Institute of Information Technology (UIIT) is planning to create a store to sell


computer supplies to its students and employees. The project is focused on implementing a
campus store that is ready to sell computer supplies such as memory sticks, mouse pads,
cables, etc. This application will keep enough inventories for one month before the start of
new semester in October 2020. The university administration aims to provide necessary
items at competitive price.

Write down the project charter in detail. Make necessary assumptions where required.

A software manager is in charge of the development of a safety-critical software system that is
designed to control a radiotherapy machine to treat patients suffering from cancer. This system is
embedded in the machine and must run on a special-purpose processor with a fixed amount of
memory (8 Mbytes). The machine communicates with a patient database system to obtain the
details of the patient and, after treatment, automatically records the radiation dose delivered and
other treatment details in the database.
Prepare project planning space for the above safety-critical system containing schedule, budget,
assets, requirements and risks.

transfer and refill funds. Provide detailed use case point (UCPs) analysis. You should calculate

adjusted UCPs. The required Weights are given in tables below.
