PACKAGE FOR FAMILIES OF GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES WHO DIE IN
SERVICE.

Respected Sir,

In continuation of my earlier application dated 12.01.2015 on the subject cited


above.

It is stated that I was appointed as Upper Division Clerk on contract basis under
Prime Minister Assistance Package for the family of government employees who died during
service.

The Establishment Division had issued a notification bearing No. 8/10/2013-E.2


dated 20th October, 2014 in continuation of Establishment Division’s O.M No. 07/40/2005-E.2
dated 13th June 2006 and approved several amendments/additions. One of the items mentioned in
the notification regarding Employment is as under:-

Employment Employment of widow/widower, one son or daughter to the posts in BS-01 to


BS-15 on regular basis without advertisement.

In the light of Honorable Supreme Court’s Order dated 06.02.2018


(Copy enclosed) partially package has already been granted by your good office. The
employment on regular basis without advertisement mention supra is still awaited from
your good office.

In the light of foregoing facts, it is requested that my appointment as an


Upper Division Clerk may kindly be regularized as a regular/permanent employee w.e.f.
18.12.2013 under Cabinet Secretariat, Establishment Division’s Office Memorandum No.
8/13/2016-E-2 dated 11.06.2018 (Copy enclosed).
