Operation
This is a real time control system , do not have the data save function , so don’t use the RESET
button if not necessary.
Parameter Instruction:
L (LENGTH setting): 5---3599mm.
U (Main motor speed): 0---500 (refer to analog voltage 0-5V) . (*)
П (INTEGER number): The number of bags per every batch , 5---9999. The
buzzer alarm 5 bags before reaching ‘П’ value . When count to ‘П’ number ,
PULL relay output , count number return to 0, batch number + 1 .
H (Color mark compensation): When make color bags, If the color mark sensor
can’t find the color mark till L+H length , system would treat it as a finished
product,and alarm. If continuous 3 times happen this , system will automatically
stop the machine; When set to ‘0’, the color mark searching will no limit until
find the color mark.
F (Password): After input the right password (21), you are allowed to modify the
parameters as below:
(d) Dragging roller diameter: 0.0--199.9mm(default motor torque-angle is
0.6º) . When the torque-angle is not 0.6º, then d = Actual roller dia × motor
torque-angle÷0.6.
( t ) =0 (Ordinary machine) First start main motor ,then feeding materials, don’t stop the
machine when reach the ‘П’ number ;
=1 (hot cutting machine) First feeding materials then start the main motor, when reach the
‘П’ number, main machine will not stop , the board will turn over, and material will withdraw
10mm. After null cutting ( t value), feeding motor will feed normally.
=2 (Stop machine when reach П,and don’t start) First feeding material then start main motor,
Stop the machine when reach ‘П ’, will not start machine , need to start manually.
=3-9 First feeding material then start the main motor, When reach ‘П’ number , main
motor stop. After ‘t’ value’s delay, main motor will start automatically.
(b ) Channel selection: control 1 motor , set to 0 .
Control 2 motors, If the second motor is blank bag or
floating roller, set to 0 . If the second motor is making color bag, set to 1.
(E) Bag sending speed setting: set from 0 (fastest but torque smallest) to 8 (slowest but
torque largest) .
( ) Speed limit: 0 to 99 , usually set to 0 (no limit) .
( ) Set to 0.
(P ) The second motor over-run steps: 0--99 (If only 1 motor , set to 0) .
(q ) The second motor less-run steps: 10-999 (If only 1 motor , set to 10) .
J : set to 0 .
U : material releasing speed : 0--99 (regarding to voltage 0--5V) (*)
3 自检/极性 : Self inspection/ polarity . Under stop status , press this button , then press
‘For’ button , machine will automatically measure the length of bag , press this button again , quit
the self inspection status.
Under setting status, this button is used to change the polarity of color mark sensor.
4.色 color/白 white : setting the bag you make , color bag (using color mark sensor) or blank bag
(fixed length).
5.点退 BACK : Under working status , press this button for once , the bag counting number will
decrease for 1 .
6.清零 CLEAN :Press for once , the bag counting will become 0 , press for 3 seconds , the batch
number will become 0.
Connection :
1. Back of LCD (from left to right) , these ports are used to connect exterior buttons.
1,2 (Exterior click forward button) . 3,4 (Exterior stop button)

A Dragging starting position. At this time the cutting blade moves upward
just away from bottom blade, the step motor smoothly gives out the material to be
worked. (Fig. 1)
B Machine stopping position. At this time the cutting blade moves upward
near the max. Height. Machine stopping prevents the material from damage
by the heat-cutting blade. (Fig. 2)
C Dragging limiting position. At this time the cutting blade moves downward
just to the bottom blade, the step motor does not give out the material further,
otherwise the material may be jammed between the blades or broken away. (Fig.
3)
D Whole pile bag shedding position. At this time the cutting blade moves
downward just to the lowest point. The machine in this position pulls out the
pulling needle, then pushes the whole pile of the item outwards. (Fig. 4)
E Logic sampling position between the positions A and D. It helps the system
to determine GK1 positions.
E’ Whole pile bag shedding recovering position. In special states, the whole
pile pocket shedding signal would be recovered in this position.
Note: All the positions may be used for other purposes depending on various
operating states.
Sensor Ho-switch magnetic steel, note: there are positive and negative
directions.
